Peppermint Essential Oil
Peppermint, mentha piperita, essential oil is a refreshing delight. Tired feet, as well as an achy back can benefit from a peppermint lotion rub.
Remember that peppermint essential oil is very cooling and must be diluted before applying it to your skin. The concentration should be no higher than 30 drops in one ounce of a carrier such as unscented lotion, carrier oil or aloe vera gel.
